I applied Eurospeak which is established on Reading Berkshire to start Summer English course for 3 months and I paid the fee on April 2014 before starting. However before beginning this course my father had a lung operation. So we need money and I decided not to take this course. When I told this issue Eurospeak, they wanted my father's lung operation health report and my passport copy. When the got the things, they wrote an e-mail that they will refund the money in four weeks. However I didn't get the money during this time. When I asked Eurospeak, they wanted to make a video call on skype to see my passport. Months passed. I asked again and they offered me taking another course. It is an unsatisfactory offer for me because we need money for the operation. I rejected the offer and wanted the money immediately. I and my family suffered a lot. Still I didn't get the money.
